*Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been placed. Please note that you have to place the order no later than 1 pm CET if you want your products to be shipped the same day when you order has been placed. Our aim is to fulfill your order in between the time scale indicated above, however we can't take responsibility if the delivery times are longer than indicated.
**In case of Switzerland please count also with extra customs fee - depending on country regulations - which also may be increase the delivery time also.
We offer one free exchange delivery per orders within 21 days. If you send us back your original products for an exchange, then the shipping cost of the exchanged package is on us. You still have to cover the cost of the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or on Bank Holidays.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
